What Are Posts?
Posts are internal information entries within a team or project. They are used to share knowledge, announcements, and notes with team members.
What Posts Are Used For
- Team announcements — informing team members about important changes
- Internal documentation — documenting decisions, procedures, and agreements
- Project notes — documenting progress and conclusions from a project
- Discussion — posts have a comments section for discussing the topic
Creating a Post
- Go to Tasks → Posts
- Click + (New Post)
- Fill in:
- Save
Comments
A comments section is available under each post. Team members can discuss the post, add remarks, and attachments.
Attachments
Files can be added to a post — both inline in the content (images) and as separate attachments.
Archiving
Outdated posts can be archived. Archived posts remain accessible but don’t appear on the main list.
Important Information
- A post can be assigned to a team and/or project
- Posts have a comment counter — visible on the list
- A post can have a type (kind) — for categorizing entries
- Each post records who created and last edited it
