Invoicing in Intum
Invoices in Intum can be handled in two ways - through an integration with an external system (e.g., Fakturownia.pl) or directly within the system.
You don’t need to buy separate access to Fakturownia. The cost is already included in your Intum subscription - each user you purchase in Intum automatically receives a Fakturownia account.
Integration with Fakturownia
Invoices can be synchronized with Fakturownia through a connector. After connecting the connector:
- Invoices issued in Fakturownia automatically appear in Intum along with line items and counterparty data
- From Intum, you can go directly to Fakturownia and issue an invoice there - client data (name, Tax ID, address) will transfer automatically
- Logging into Fakturownia is done from the Intum panel, without additional passwords
You can connect multiple Fakturownia accounts by adding separate connectors. This is useful when a company uses multiple accounts - e.g., a separate account for domestic and international invoices, or for different legal entities. When creating an invoice, you choose which account to issue it in.
How to Enable
- Add a Fakturownia type connector in the Connectors (InConnector) module
- In Sales settings (“Invoicing” section), enable the Create invoices via Fakturownia option
- From now on, the “New Invoice” button shows a list of connected Fakturownia accounts instead of the form
Below the connector links, you’ll always see a “Create invoice manually” option - in case you want to create an invoice directly in Intum.
Manual Invoice Issuing
You can also issue invoices directly in Intum without any integration. The form supports line items, VAT rates, seller and buyer data. The invoice is immediately added to the system.
Invoices and CRM Clients
Invoices are linked to CRM clients:
- On the client card in the Invoices section, you can see a list of their invoices with amounts, statuses, and dates
- From the client card you can immediately issue a new invoice - the Add Invoice button in the “+” menu automatically fills in the buyer data (name, Tax ID, address, email, phone)
- Invoice history on the client card gives a full picture of the financial relationship
