WebChat Module Settings
The WebChat admin panel (/webchat/admin) allows you to manage chat widgets and the general module configuration.
What Can Be Configured
Chat Widgets
The main configuration is done at the widget level. Each widget has its own settings:
- Appearance (color, avatar, title)
- Business hours
- Offline messages
- Requiring client data
- Attachment support
- Operator assignment
Response Templates
In the admin panel, you can manage templates — ready-made responses for operators.
Operators
A widget can be assigned to a group or team — only members of that group will see conversations from that widget. You can also set the “all users” mode — then every operator has access.
