## WebChat Module Settings

The WebChat admin panel (`/webchat/admin`) allows you to manage chat widgets and the general module configuration.

## What Can Be Configured

### Chat Widgets

The main configuration is done at the [widget](support-chat-widget) level. Each widget has its own settings:

- Appearance (color, avatar, title)
- Business hours
- Offline messages
- Requiring client data
- Attachment support
- Operator assignment

### Response Templates

In the admin panel, you can manage [templates](chat-templates) — ready-made responses for operators.

### Operators

A widget can be assigned to a group or team — only members of that group will see conversations from that widget. You can also set the "all users" mode — then every operator has access.
