## What Are Posts?

Posts are internal information entries within a team or project. They are used to share knowledge, announcements, and notes with team members.

## What Posts Are Used For

- **Team announcements** — informing team members about important changes
- **Internal documentation** — documenting decisions, procedures, and agreements
- **Project notes** — documenting progress and conclusions from a project
- **Discussion** — posts have a comments section for discussing the topic

## Creating a Post

1. Go to **Tasks** → **Posts**
2. Click **+** (New Post)
3. Fill in:
   - **Title** — required, the post topic
   - **Content** — description in the Markdown editor with support for images and attachments
   - **[Team](team)** — optional team assignment
   - **[Project](project)** — optional project assignment
4. Save

## Comments

A comments section is available under each post. Team members can discuss the post, add remarks, and attachments.

## Attachments

Files can be added to a post — both inline in the content (images) and as separate attachments.

## Archiving

Outdated posts can be archived. Archived posts remain accessible but don't appear on the main list.

## Important Information

- A post can be assigned to a **team** and/or **project**
- Posts have a **comment counter** — visible on the list
- A post can have a **type** (kind) — for categorizing entries
- Each post records who created and last edited it
