Notifications
The notification system informs users about important events in real time.
Notification Types
- Tasks — task creation, editing, deletion, new task comments
- Organize — leave requests, leave approvals, new comments and assignments
- Mail — email updates
- System — notifications about migrations and system changes
How Do They Work?
- The bell icon in the header shows the number of unread notifications
- Clicking it opens the notification center with a list of recent events
- Notifications can be marked as read individually or all at once
- Repeated notifications about the same object (e.g., multiple edits to the same task) are grouped — instead of multiple entries, a single entry with a counter is displayed
Preferences
In the user profile you can configure:
- Enable/disable notifications
- Separate email address for notifications
- Phone number for SMS notifications (with verification)
- Task notification preferences
Retention
Notifications older than 3 months are automatically deleted. The notification center shows notifications from the last month and all unread ones.
