Intum Partner Programme

Partnership

Sell the whole platform · Bring your own module · Transparent rules for everyone

We are not building a reseller network for a single product. We are building a platform where every partner sells everything Intum has to offer — and whatever you bring to it earns for you regardless of who happens to win the customer.

One Intum, many modules, one basket

Intum is a platform made of modules — CRM, mail, tasks, invoicing, helpdesk, chat, telephony, connectors, automations and more still to come. The customer picks what they need and pays a single invoice for a single basket.

Every module has its own price and its own owner inside that basket. Settlement runs line by line, so from day one it is clear who is owed what — no renegotiating with every contract.

Three steps — and everything adds up

Revenue from every basket is split the same way: for us, for you and for every other partner. No special tables for insiders, no exceptions.

1. Platform

A fixed, published rate comes off the top of every payment to run the platform: servers, uptime, security, regulatory compliance and development of the shared core.

2. Seller

The partner who sold and serves the customer earns their rate on the entire basket value — including modules they do not own.

3. Module owners

Everything left over goes back to the module owners, in proportion to the value of their lines in the basket. Each line goes in full to a single beneficiary.

The higher the seller's rate, the more stays on the sales side and the less on the module owner's side. It is the same number seen from two directions — which is why there is only one, shared and published.

Your rate is built from what you actually do

Nothing here is discretionary. The seller's rate is made of components anyone can verify: it starts at 25% for resale alone and reaches 65% of the basket value when you run the customer end to end.

Resale — you sell, you invoice the customer and you own the commercial relationship.

First-line support — your customer calls you, not us.

Onboarding and configuration — you get the customer running, train them and set up their processes.

Scale — the larger the portfolio of accounts you serve, the higher your rate.

Acquisition bonus — an extra kicker at the start for partners who bring in new customers themselves.

The same rates apply to an outside partner and to a company from our own group. One table, published, identical for everyone.

Bring your module — and earn on it everywhere

Have a finished product, an integration or a piece of functionality Intum does not have yet? Bring it in as a module. From that moment any partner in the network can sell it — in their country, through their channel and under their brand.

You do not have to sell in order to earn. The value of your line in the basket always comes back to you, no matter who won the customer.

Your revenue does not depend on who made the sale

This is the single most important rule of the model. The same module settles in exactly the same way whether you sold it or somebody else did. Nobody loses because someone else won the customer — and nobody gains by blocking someone else's sale.

That is why it pays for partners to sell each other's modules, not just their own. The basket grows — and everyone in it grows with it.

Your brand, your pricing

You can offer Intum under your own brand, in your own interface and at your own address. The customer sees you.

You set the prices. We settle against our base price list, and everything you negotiate above it stays with you in full.

The customer belongs to the channel they came through

Whoever won the customer owns the commercial relationship, issues the invoice, sets the price and handles first-line support. Second line — ours or the module owner's — always works through the partner, never around them.

The rule cuts both ways: we do not approach your customers behind your back, and you do not approach ours. And if a customer reached us through two routes at once, the first one counts.

No non-compete clauses

We do not demand exclusivity. You are free to sell other solutions too, including competing ones. Your own implementations, training and services are 100% yours — we take nothing from them.

We would rather partners stayed with us because it pays off, not because they signed a ban.

What we take on

Infrastructure and uptime — servers, monitoring, backups, updates. You do not need your own hosting or a DevOps team.

Security and compliance — GDPR, e-invoicing mandates and every other obligation that has to be implemented anyway. We do it once, for everyone.

Development of the shared core — accounts, permissions, API, search, admin panel, mobile app, AI features. Your module gets all of it included.

Second-line support — we take the hard technical cases so you can stay with the customer.

Clear rules on the way in and on the way out

A partnership should pay off, not lock you in. We do not tie anyone into a contract they cannot leave — there is a notice period and an orderly handover of customers, so that nobody is left without a working service overnight.

The exit rules are symmetrical: the same when you leave us as when we end the partnership with you.

Detailed terms, deadlines and settlement are set out in the partnership agreement.

Technology ownership

The platform code remains the property of Intum sp. z o.o. — a share of revenue is a different thing from ownership of code, and you do not have to give up one to get the other.

The technology you bring in remains your property.

Integrations, add-ons and configurations you build stay on your side.

Your own settings, templates and AI workflows are yours — you can take them with you.
