For years we have been building systems used by thousands of customers.

Thanks to the scale we operate at, we can offer Intum at very competitive prices without compromises in quality, functionality or support.
We always build software that we use ourselves - that's why our first customer was our own company. Since 2025 it has been running its entire business on Intum - emails, chats, customer ticket support, task management and time tracking. Through Intum we serve over 200 thousand customers of our services.
After intensive beta testing in 2025, the official launch of Intum took place at the beginning of 2026.
For partner companies
We build Intum, but we are not always the ones who deliver it. Partner companies - software houses, integrators, hosting providers - can offer Intum to their customers: in our cloud or on their own servers. We develop the platform, while the partner takes care of implementation, support and the relationship with their customers.

Full business platform available at intum.pl. Contains all modules: CRM, tasks, projects, email, helpdesk, knowledge base, VoIP and more.
Additional modules
Intum is integrated with Fakturownia as additional modules. Fakturownia users can use CRM, tasks, helpdesk and other tools without leaving their invoicing system.
Future on the Intum engine
Sugester.pl - a proven CRM and helpdesk system - will eventually be built on the Intum engine. Sugester users will gain access to new features while keeping all their data and settings.
