Changelog
Keep a history of changes in your knowledge base and tell your users about article updates and what's new in your product.
What is a changelog and a "What's new" tab?
A changelog is a list of all the updates, fixes and new features added to a piece of software. The Intum Knowledge base module lets you publish a public or internal changelog right on your website, as a clear "What's new" tab.
A changelog builds user trust, shows that your product is actively developed and cuts the number of support questions, because customers can check for themselves what has changed.
