## Response Templates

Templates are ready-made responses that an operator can quickly insert during a chat conversation. They speed up client support and ensure communication consistency.

## Use Cases

- **Greetings** — standard client greeting
- **FAQ** — answers to frequently asked questions
- **Farewells** — ending a conversation
- **Instructions** — ready-made instructions for common issues

## Template Properties

- **Name** — template identifier (e.g., "Greeting", "Password Reset Instructions")
- **Content** — message text to be inserted
- **Active** — whether the template is available for use
- **Widget** — optionally, a template can be assigned to a specific widget

## How to Use

In the operator panel during a conversation, the operator can select a template from the list — the content will be inserted into the message field, ready to send or modify.
