## AI Conversations

Conversations are the history of messages exchanged with an AI model. Each conversation maintains context, so AI remembers previous questions and answers.

## AI Models

Conversations can be conducted with various AI models through connectors:

- **OpenAI** — GPT-4, GPT-4o, and others
- **Google Gemini** — Gemini models
- **Anthropic Claude** — Claude Sonnet, Opus, Haiku

## Features

- **Message history** — full conversation history with messages split between user and AI
- **System prompts** — system instructions defining AI behavior
- **Context** — AI receives the conversation history and responds within its context
- **Object association** — a conversation can be linked to a task, ticket, or other system element
- **Cascading prompts** — the system automatically selects the prompt: first it looks for user settings, then team, department, account, and finally uses the default
