## Mail Module Settings

In the Mail module settings (`/mail/settings`), you can configure the general behavior of the email system. Settings apply to the entire account.

## Available Options

### Notes

A text field for internal notes about the mail configuration — e.g., instructions for the team, description of handling procedures.

## Report Regeneration

Ability to force regeneration of [email reports](email-reports) — the system will reprocess statistical data.

## Individual Settings

Each user can customize the Mail module to their preferences:

- **Emails per page** — how many messages to display in the list
- **Default view** — inbox, all, etc.

## Important Information

- Mail Settings is a **single record** per account (automatically created)
- Changes take effect immediately
- Access requires Mail module administrator permissions
