## Client Statuses

Statuses allow you to classify [clients](clients), [contacts](contacts), and [deals](deals) by service stage. Example statuses: "New", "Active", "VIP", "Inactive".

## Status Properties

- **Name** — displayed on the list and in filters
- **Color** — color highlighting the status on lists
- **Priority** — display order (can be changed with up/down arrows)
- **Active** — whether the status is available for selection
- **Closed** — marks a final status (e.g., "Inactive")

## Use Cases

### Sales Pipeline

Statuses create a pipeline for deals — e.g.:
1. Contact
2. Offer Sent
3. Negotiations
4. Won / Lost

### Client Segmentation

Grouping clients by stage of cooperation — e.g., "Potential", "Active", "Premium", "Lost".

## Deleting a Status

If a status is assigned to clients/contacts/deals — before deleting, you must choose a status to which the associated records will be reassigned.

## Counters

Each status shows how many clients, contacts, and deals are assigned to it.
