## CRM Notes

Notes allow you to record information about interactions with [clients](clients), [contacts](contacts), and [deals](deals). They serve as a history of communication and important agreements.

## Use Cases

- Recording agreements from phone calls
- Meeting notes
- Important client information
- Negotiation history

## Note Properties

- **Name** — short title (e.g., "Phone Call", "Meeting")
- **Content** — description in Markdown format
- **Date** — when the contact took place
- **Type** — note type (e.g., phone, meeting, email)

## Association

A note is always assigned to one object:

- [Client](clients)
- [Contact](contacts)
- [Deal](deals)

From the client/contact/deal card, you can see a list of all associated notes, sorted from newest.
