## CRM Module

The CRM module allows you to manage client relationships — from the first contact, through ongoing support, to tracking sales opportunities.

## Main Elements

- **[Deals](deals)** — sales opportunities and transactions (pipeline)

## Integration with Other Modules

CRM is the central point of the system — connected to many modules:

- **Tasks** — assigning tasks to clients
- **Emails** — correspondence history with clients
- **Helpdesk** — tickets associated with clients
- **WebChat** — chat conversations with clients
- **VoIP Calls** — phone call history
- **Forms** — form results assigned to clients
- **Documents** — files associated with clients

## CRM Dashboard

The dashboard (`/crm`) gives a quick overview of activity — recent deals, clients, and notes.

## Assignment

Clients, contacts, and deals can be assigned to specific team members (the "Responsible" field). This makes it easier to divide work and track who handles whom.
