# [Modules](https://intum.com/help/account/modules.md)

## Modules

The system is built from independent modules that can be enabled and disabled depending on the account's needs.

## Available Modules

- **Account** — always enabled, account management, users, and settings
- **Organize** — task management, projects, teams, task lists, time tracking, and leave
- **Mail** — email handling, mailboxes, folders, filters, and signatures
- **CRM** — client management, contacts, and deals
- **Forms** — form builder with results and analysis
- **Knowledge Base** — knowledge bases, categories, entries, comments
- **NOE** — AI tools and databases (apps, vector databases, transforms)
- **VoIP** — voice communication, phone numbers, calls
- **Commerce** — e-commerce functionality
- **AppStore** — application and integration marketplace
- **CMS** — websites, sites, templates
- **Webhooks** — webhook configuration
- **Billing** — subscriptions and payments

## Enabling Modules

Modules are enabled in **Account Settings**. After enabling a module:
- It appears in the navigation menu
- Users with appropriate permissions gain access to the module's features

After disabling a module:
- It disappears from the menu
- Module data is preserved — after re-enabling, everything is in its place

## Default Modules

New accounts automatically have a set of default modules enabled, which depends on the product type (e.g., Intum, Fakturownia). The administrator can customize the list of active modules at any time.
