## Account Settings

Account settings allow you to configure basic information, appearance, and behavior of your account in the system.

## Basic Information

- **Account Name** — displayed in the header and on account pages
- **Description** — short account description (optional)
- **Prefix (Subdomain)** — account address, e.g., `mycompany.intum.pl` — generated automatically or set manually
- **Primary Domain** — selection of the primary account domain from the list of configured domains

## Localization

- **Timezone** — Warsaw by default, affects the display of dates and times throughout the system
- **Language** — default interface language (Polish, English, French, Czech, Slovak, German, Spanish, Ukrainian)

## Security

- **Enforced 2FA** — enforces two-factor authentication for all account users. Once enabled, users have a one-month grace period to set up 2FA — after that, login without 2FA will be blocked

## Custom Fields

The account allows defining custom fields for various objects in the system (CRM clients, contacts, deals, tasks, projects). Each field has:

- Type (text, number, date, boolean, dropdown)
- Label
- Default value
- Required flag
- Option to display on the list

Custom fields are configured in the settings of the corresponding modules (CRM, Organize).
